A: Like all real silver, a little tarnish may occur over time — but it’s easy to clean with our polishing cloth. Plus, all our pieces are rhodium-coated to slow tarnishing.
Q3: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: At BlingbyAnvika, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please note the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations:
- Exchanges are only applicable in cases of damaged or incorrect products. No refunds will be processed.
- Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the package as proof for exchange claims.
